Eco2Solar is proud to announce we have been awarded a 1 Star Best Companies accreditation status, recognising us as an organisation which values its people and signifies a ‘very good’ level of workplace engagement.
Just like the way that the Michelin star system signifies excellence in the hospitality sector, Best Companies’ star-based ratings system is the equivalent used to recognise the very best in the workplace.
Paul Hutchens, Eco2Solar CEO, said: “We’re continually looking to improve engagement levels within the business to create a happy working life for our people, that’s why we took part in the Best Companies b-Heard employee engagement survey.
“We wanted to discover how our teams really think and feel about working with Eco2Solar, and the answers have given us a real insight into areas we need to focus on improving and the areas we’re already doing great in.
“This is an accolade to be proud of – a 1 Star accreditation from Best Companies is a significant achievement that shows we are taking workplace engagement seriously. This is our first year taking part in the survey, so we’re delighted to get an accreditation straight away. Watch this space for 2023!”
The b-Heard survey allows companies to gain honest and insightful feedback by asking employees to submit their responses both confidentially and securely – something crucial for gaining the maximum response rates.
The survey asks people to respond to statements about their wellbeing, pay and benefits, personal growth, team, leadership and more. Depending on the results, companies are awarded with a star rating, or a ‘one to watch’ status.
The next step is to find out if we have made the top 50 best small companies to work for list which will be announced on Friday 20 th May. This list amalgamates the top companies to work for in the UK into a league table – so watch this space!
