My main responsibilities include managing the flow of design jobs through the department. I started at Eco2Solar because I wanted to step out of the training sector and back into design job roles. Having previously been in design roles, taught design skills, I wanted to offer some efficiency initiatives into the department.
The thing I love the most about my job is being part of delivering green energy technology to homes across the country and making them more sustainable.
I also love that nobody is left the struggle in the team, we look to identify the constraints and work together to find a solution with different departments if needed.
One memorable moment I’ve had at Eco2Solar was working on a collaborative systems design project called ‘Oscar’. We managed the project from start to finish with no issues in six months and worked flawlessly in the end.
