A Law graduate, Paul enjoyed a career in senior sales and marketing roles for technology based companies for thirteen years before setting up his own distribution business, which he sold in 2006 to concentrate on Eco2Solar. A specialist in business strategy, Paul ensures that Eco2Solar is able to offer the best technologies available to our clients.
Ryan came to Eco2Solar with many years of experience in sales, marketing and customer care in a variety of industries. Ryan has a passion for the environment and is determined to make renewable energy the future for British homes. Ryan is responsible for the entire sales team and for opening up new accounts for Eco2Solar.
Claire is responsible for making sure we are technically compliant and using the latest technology. Claire, who has a degree in Geography and Environmental Management, has worked in the solar industry for over ten years so has an excellent understanding of solar and renewable technologies.
Keith is an experienced independent non-executive director with twenty-five years experience in both the private and public sectors; following a career as an executive director. His role is to support Eco2Solar in the areas of performance and strategy. Prior to his non-executive roles, Keith was Managing Director of Triton Showers.
Steve is a Strategic Finance specialist with extensive experience as a CEO and a CFO, including leading a listing on the London Stock Exchange. Steve will advise & support the management team with growth and value creation.
Kristie joined us as Key Account Manager in 2022 and is the dedicated account manager responsible for our group deal customers, ensuring they stay informed and supported at all times. New to the PV industry, Kristie has enjoyed the challenge so far! With the ever-changing requirements and new innovative technology, it’s providing lots of exciting opportunities. Outside of work, Kristie, originally from Zimbabwe is usually seeking warmer climates whilst also caring for her growing army of house plants!
Andrew is our Head of Commercial and has been with Eco2Solar for the last 10 years, he graduated from university with a Geography BSc and has always had a keen interest in the environment and renewable energy. Andrew is responsible for managing and guiding the Sales, Customer Service and Customer Care team on a daily basis and is focused on ensuring we continue to deliver excellent service to our customers from start to finish.
Alain is a ACMA qualified accountant with over 15 years of experience in industry. He has working in a range of industries including agriculture, manufacturing, aerospace and defence. In his spare time, Alain enjoys sport and travelling to exotic places.
Michelle is responsible for leading the design and CAD team. Design is key to the success of Eco2Solar and we produce thousands of drawings each month which must be accurate and up to date. Michelle has a degree in Product Design and has spent the last ten years in product and design management for industrial companies and in education.
Tommy has a wealth of experience in solar PV installations and has a good understanding of the electrical side of an install. Tommy has covered installs for new build developers and non-standard installations from apartments, commercial properties and solar farms. He is a passionate member of our team and a real A player.
Andy heads up our Sales Support department who are involved in everything from assembling customer quotations and providing technical support to maintaining effective channels of communication between all business functions, their role is to ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to installation and beyond. Andy has a degree in Accountancy and over 10 years’ experience in the customer service industry giving him the background to support our teams and evolve our internal processes.
Laura is responsible for our Customer Service department, the first port of call for issues, queries and support, Laura and her team provide aftercare for developers, ensuring our customers have all the information they need to support their own customers. Tasked with the co-ordination of remedial visits and working closely with the scheduling and operations team to ensure seamless resolutions for any issues, no two days are ever the same!
Lisa is responsible for all Human Resources including legal and compliance as well as culture and wellbeing. Prior to joining Eco2Solar, Lisa previously led HR for a team of over 260 in the medical products and mobility sector.
Alan is based at our Scottish facility in East Kilbride and is responsible for the entire warehouse and logistics operation in Scotland. Alan has many years of warehouse management and logistics experience which is evident in the way in which he manages the high volume of business in this region. Alan is also extremely competent on systems, processes and IT which is critical to ensure that our customers requirements are met on a daily basis.
Cyndi is our Compliance Manager, based at our Scottish office in Glasgow and is responsible for maintaining our compliance certifications through various accreditations. Cyndi and her team handle all elements of compliance from contractor accreditations through to final handover of all relevant post commissioning certification and complete the DNO applications on the Developers behalf.
Cyndi has over 20 years experience in the customer service industry and has a yellow belt in Lean 6 Sigma which focuses on analysing data to understand the root causes for process failures or successes.
