Quality Policy

Our goal is to provide our clients with a high quality, high performing installation which will give many years of trouble-free service.

Within this Policy we are committed to operating our Company under the disciplines and control of The Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS). Eco2Solar shall operate a satisfactory quality management system which meets the requirements set out in the scheme standards.

The Company is committed to operating continuously to these standards and we will maintain the necessary Quality Approvals consistent with our customer requirements.

Clients expect a system that:

  • Works in accordance with documentation
  • That the site will be left in a tidy state
  • That installers will be courteous and helpful

To achieve this Eco2Solar have formed relationships with component suppliers who specialise in solar energy applications and who have many years’ experience in the field.

  • All equipment to come from suppliers who have expertise in this field and can add value to successful installations, e.g. telephone support, advise when ordering equipment
  • All key equipment to be certified as appropriate

In addition, we use subcontractors who are fully trained and have demonstrated that they have the skills necessary to install and maintain our solar energy installations to the highest possible standard. All our subcontractors have been interviewed and we have ensured that they ‘buy into’ the Eco2Solar philosophy of excellence

  • Installers to have appropriate plumbing and electrical qualification/experience
  • Installers to have relevant solar qualification/experience

All systems to be handed over to the client’s satisfaction including a full explanation of the work completed and how the system works.

All client interaction (visits), installations, equipment and work to be carried out in accordance with guidelines and standards laid down by the Solar Trade Association

All work which is notifiable will be notified to building Control e.g. all electrical work shall be carried out by a Part P registered electrician

Any query or issue raised by a client will be dealt with as a matter of urgency and priority

The quality policy principles and objectives will be communicated and available to staff at all times. Training will be an integral part of the strategy to achieve the objectives.

Eco2Solar will constantly review and improve on our services to ensure tasks are completed in the most cost effective and timely manner for the benefit of all our customers.

We shall ensure that all our personnel understand and fully implement our Company’s policies and objectives and are able to perform their duties effectively through an ongoing training and development programme.

The Quality Policy is a live document, and is reviewed at regular Management Review meetings.
