Paul Hutchens

Chief Executive Officer

A Law graduate, Paul enjoyed a career in senior sales and marketing roles for technology based companies for thirteen years before setting up his own distribution business, which he sold in 2006 to concentrate on Eco2Solar. A specialist in business strategy, Paul ensures that Eco2Solar is able to offer the best technologies available to our clients.

Ryan Mee

Commercial Director

Ryan came to Eco2Solar with many years of experience in sales, marketing and customer care in a variety of industries. Ryan has a passion for the environment and is determined to make renewable energy the future for British homes. Ryan is responsible for the entire sales team and for opening up new accounts for Eco2Solar.

John Conway

Operations Director

John (JC) set up our very successful Scotland operation and we are delighted that he has been promoted to run operations for all of the company. As we grow, JC’s strategic approach will be instrumental to our future success. JC will remain based in Scotland and will still work with our Scotland based customers from sales and pricing perspective until his replacements (yes we need more than one!) are fully up and running. With over 100 new build developments live in Scotland and with national agreements with Barratt, Muir, Persimmon Stewart Milne, and Taylor Wimpey his attention to detail is second to none.

Keith Dixon

Non-Executive Director

Keith is an experienced independent non-executive director with thirteen years’ experience in both the private and public sectors. His role is to support Eco2 Solar in the areas of performance and strategy. Prior to his non-executive roles, Keith was Managing Director of Triton Showers.

Steve Berg FCMA

Non-Executive Director

Steve is a Strategic Finance specialist with extensive experience as a CEO and a CFO, including leading a listing on the London Stock Exchange. Steve will advise & support the management team with growth and value creation.

Zowie Moulden

Sales Manager

Zowie joined the team in 2017 and absolutely loves her two dogs who she rescued after seeing them on a holiday abroad!

Josh Tobin

Sales Manager

Josh joined us having been a Senior Electrical Surveyor for well-respected electrical contractors, Clarkson Evans. Having started his career an Electrical Apprentice and worked his way up to Senior Surveyor, Josh's interest in renewable energy pulled him towards Eco2Solar in order to work within the Solar industry and help new build housing developers. His experience and electrical knowledge has allowed him to fit seamlessly into the team and he is responsible for helping customers to find solutions to their planning and building regulations. Josh lives in Gloucestershire and is spending most of his time looking after his pet puppy, a miniature dash hound!

Andrew Smith

Commercial Manager

Andrew has been with the company for over 8 years and is one of our most technically gifted National Account Managers. From his home in the Wirral, Andrew covers the north of the UK. Andrew graduated University with a Geography BSc in 2010 and has a keen interest in the environment and energy. Andrew is also a big Blackburn Rovers fan – but we can’t blame him for that.

Alain Milward

Financial Controller

Alain is a ACMA qualified accountant with over 15 years of experience in industry. He has worked in a variety of industries including agriculture and manufacturing ; including aerospace & defence. In his spare time, Alain enjoys sport and travelling to exotic places.

Michelle Gilmore

Design Manager

Michelle is responsible for leading the design and CAD team. Design is key to the success of Eco2Solar and we produce thousands of drawings each month which must be accurate and up to date. Michelle has a degree in Product Design and has spent the last seven years in product and design management for industrial companies and in education.

Trish Draper

Production Manager

Trish is an experienced production and operations manager who has worked with complex renewable energy installations for many years. She has experience of HR and ISO9001 which she is putting to good use at Eco2Solar.

Claire Enstone

Technical Manager

Claire is responsible for ensuring that Eco2Solar are technically compliant but also using the latest technology. Claire joined us from market leader Solarcentury where she was Technical Services and Installations Manager. Claire, who has a degree in Geography and Environmental Management, has worked in the solar industry for over 9 years so has an excellent understanding of solar and renewable technologies.

Zoe Hall

Compliance & Admin Manager

Zoe ensures that processes and systems are the best in our industry to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of sales and delivery processes. This includes all workflows and computer systems as well as ISO9001 and MCS. Zoe was a trained Chef in a previous life and has a great background in hospitality, so she is used to pressure and always has our customers best interests at heart.

Adrian Percival

Installation & Quality Manager, England & Wales

Adrian is responsible for the installation teams and ensuring that all of Eco2Solar’s installation are compliant and of a high standard. He is responsible for training and audits the jobs that we complete on site. He also manages the internal and external auditors to ensure that our installations and our paperwork is correct and consistent.

Catherine Lendon-Montrose

Customer Service Manager

Cath is responsible for all sales team admin and office-based communication. She has a background in enterprise software; ideal as we have implemented an ERP system recently!

Lisa March

HR Manager

Lisa is responsible for all Human Resources including legal and compliance as well as culture and wellbeing. Prior to joining Eco2Solar, Lisa previously led HR for a team of over 260 in the medical products and mobility sector.

Matt Breakwell

Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Matt is based at our Head Office in Kidderminster, he is responsible for materials procurement for our HUB’s across the UK, managing our global supply chain and overseeing the warehouse operations in Kidderminster. Matt is very dedicated to his role and works extremely well under pressure. The customer is always at the forefront of everything that he does

Alan Feechan

Facilities and Logistics Manager

Alan is based at our Scottish facility in East Kilbride and is responsible for the entire warehouse and logistics operation in Scotland. Alan has many years of warehouse management and logistics experience which is evident in the way in which he manages the high volume of business in this region. Alan is also extremely competent on systems, process’s and IT which is critical to ensure that our customers requirements are met on a daily basis.
