Project Coordinator

Your mission is to work with our Project Team and provide visibility of delivery and material requirements from our customers for the next 6 months.

Working as part of the scheduling team, your priority is to contact all Customers and obtain delivery dates for all projects that have been secured in order to provide future visibility of stock and labour requirements. While your scheduling team will be working to ensure that we meet delivery dates and installations within the current month, you will be looking ahead to gain visibility for the next 3-6 months.

You will update the system with all information gathered and will communicate with customers on a daily basis to check for progress on their projects to ensure that we have plenty of notice to meet their expectations.

You will provide monthly stock reports for the Procurement Teams based so that they may accurately forecast and order stock to meet demand for the next 3-6 months and you will also work with the Sales Team to gain visibility of new projects coming through.

You will make introductory calls to new customers to inform them of the process for our installations to ensure that they know how to contact us and our expectations for delivery. You will also attend (virtually) any progress update meetings that customers request to ensure that we are always aware of future scheduling requirements.

You will also update the system to ensure that all customer contact details are up to date and will issue any bulletin updates informing them of any changes to our procedures or technical matters.

Having come from humble beginnings working from our CEO, Paul’s home 13 years ago, we are now the UKs largest and most successful Solar PV installer and were recently invested in by EON. Significant changes to the English Building Regulations lead us to believe that we will grow by up to FIVE times in the next FOUR YEARS and we have endless opportunities for growth and progression for those wanting to come along for the ride.

We are looking for people with integrity, passion and a determination to make a difference for the future to join our team and be a part of our future success. We don’t care about experience, or your qualifications – just your attitude and core values. If you have integrity, passion and a determination to do everything you can to make a difference for the future then we want you on our team!

What we will give you:

We will give you a great culture to work in, flexible hours, a friendly and engaging team with the autonomy to work alone but with constant support and motivation from your colleagues. We will set you clear expectations and give you daily, weekly and quarterly feedback so that you know exactly what you need to do to be successful.

We will listen to your opinion and work together to find a better way of doing things every day. We carry out employee happiness surveys every quarter and can share these with you to give you a feeling for the environment that we offer.

We will work with you to put in place a development plan so that you can quickly move through the company and develop and learn as a person. Nearly all of our key people in senior positions have started in entry level positions and have worked their way quickly through the company over a short period of time. If you have the attitude and ambition then we can stretch and develop you; or if you are happy to do your best and give your all then that’s also fine!

We will give you a purpose to work for a company who is making a difference for future generations, who is constantly innovating and providing services that help reduce our carbon footprint and tackle climate change.
