Your mission is to work with our Project Team and provide visibility of delivery and material requirements from our customers for the next 6 months.
Working as part of the scheduling team, your priority is to contact all Customers and obtain delivery dates for all projects that have been secured in order to provide future visibility of stock and labour requirements. While your scheduling team will be working to ensure that we meet delivery dates and installations within the current month, you will be looking ahead to gain visibility for the next 3-6 months.
You will update the system with all information gathered and will communicate with customers on a daily basis to check for progress on their projects to ensure that we have plenty of notice to meet their expectations.
You will provide monthly stock reports for the Procurement Teams based so that they may accurately forecast and order stock to meet demand for the next 3-6 months and you will also work with the Sales Team to gain visibility of new projects coming through.
You will make introductory calls to new customers to inform them of the process for our installations to ensure that they know how to contact us and our expectations for delivery. You will also attend (virtually) any progress update meetings that customers request to ensure that we are always aware of future scheduling requirements.
You will also update the system to ensure that all customer contact details are up to date and will issue any bulletin updates informing them of any changes to our procedures or technical matters.
