The website idea came from an ICT classroom project. The school task was to design and develop a concept of a website of interest.<\/p>\n<p>William\u2019s idea of TOPCARNEWS has been developed and really taken off and he has reviewed a number of sports cars including the McLaren MP4-12C.\u00a0 William is also focusing ideas on Green Power cars.
