Solar PV: Tenbury High School, Worcestershire

In August 2013, Eco2Solar installed a 2.57kWp solar photovoltaic (PV) system on the sports hall at Tenbury High School. The solar energy system includes nine Sunctech 285W modules, alongside one SMA Sunnyboy 2500HF inverter and is expected to produce 2,107kWh of renewable energy for the centre each year.

The renewable energy contribution from Tenbury’s solar installation will reduce the running costs of the sports hall, whilst providing the school with an annual tax-free income of £314 from the Government-backed Feed-in Tariff scheme.
