4kWp Solar PV System: Alveley, Shropshire

In late November 2011, this 4kWp solar PV system was installed by Eco2Solar, and consists of sixteen Suntech STP250S – 20/Wd 250 watt panels with one SMA Sunnyboy 4000TL inverter. To allow the homeowner to capitalise on their available roof space, they decided to have the panels installed in two banks on eight panels; one on the east-facing roof pitch and one on the west-facing roof pitch at the property. By utilizing all available roof space, the homeowner can expect the system to produce 2,637kWp of solar energy each year; which will equate to an annual tax-free income of £1,142 from the FiT scheme.

Following the installation, the customer noted; “We chose Eco2Solar as they were an established, sound firm who were local and fitted the bill.
