My first contact with Eco2Solar was with Ryan Mee, Business Development Manager, to discuss my objective of a 3.99kWp – 17 module system. Ryan has the ability to advise potential clients without sales pressure. The day before the start date the scaffolding team arrived to erect the scaffolding and the day after commissioning to remove it. I was impressed by a “clockwork” operation with good housekeeping and the safety awareness practiced by pleasant personnel. After commissioning and external compliance testing, the team ensured that the inside and outside of the property was returned to its previous condition. I recommend Eco2Solar Ltd for their management control of this project and by having full control of site work rather than using sub-contractors. We thought it would be complicated to have our own solar panel. It wasn’t – we’re very happy with it. It’s generating all our hot water.

Eco2solar did a great job for us. They responded quickly to our initial enquiry; they were committed to finding the best design, and held to their original quote even though they increased the system's capacity. The installation team were very professional and obliging, so we were generating electricity on 1st April, the day the Feed in Tariffs came in. The whole staff at Eco2Solar were thorough, friendly, and easy to understand, with good technical detail. The installation team were friendly, diligent, competent and clean – probably the best group of tradesmen we have had on our house renovation so far! The performance is excellent, both the hot water and PV systems are performing well, when there is just the two of us, we do not run the boiler at all, the Solar Water system has provided all out hot water since it was installed. We have already generated £50 worth of Feed in Tariff payments in only two weeks from the PV system!

I must congratulate you and your colleagues for the most professional way in which you presented and provided our new solar system. From your first visit, through the quotation stage, to issuing contracts and keeping us informed of progress-and the actual installation, it has been a very pleasant experience. As you know, we were a little concerned at having the hot water and heating system disrupted with the Christmas holidays ahead. We need not have worried. All was completed within the quoted two days, and works well! The first three months after the system was installed we received a cheque for £484, with the corresponding electricity bill £33 (instead of 140 plus) and no oil used for hot water. I estimate that we will receive nearly £700 in first quarter and second quarter will be £600. The system is performing as you promised-and delivering a very good return on capital!

Brilliant! Our solar panel is doing everything we expected of it and more! We have used no gas for water heating in our house since May and have recently had, for the first time ever, a quarterly gas bill for £00.00. Only after a prolonged period of very dull weather have we used the immersion heater to ‘top up’ the hot water supply. Even in August, not the sunniest month of 2008, we found the solar panel performed well. I don’t think in terms of how long it will take to pay for itself. I prefer to look at the annual savings on water heating cost as a percentage of installation cost. So far, I’d be hard pressed to find a better tax free rate in a Bank or Building Society

I first contacted Eco2Solar as they were known to my sister as a good local company. The supplied a competitive quotation, so we decided to go ahead with them. The installation was completed just in time for the Feed in Tariff deadline to a high standard.

I have had two solar systems from Eco2Solar and both installations were handled smoothly and with no problems. Initially, I was recommended to Eco2Solar via the Energy Saving Trust, who offer excellent impartial advice. I had a prompt and very thorough survey arranged at a time of my convenience. There was no hard sell and the whole installation was explained very well. The quotation was issued quickly and contained all the information I needed to make my decision. Eco2Solar were quite happy to accommodate my request for a flat-plate solar thermal system embedded into my roof, rather than the more common tube panels. This was more in keeping with the style of our older property. The system has been working fine for over two years now. I arranged a solar PV survey a year later to take advantage of the Feed in Tariffs. I went for the Sharp panels because of their excellent reputation and efficiencies. I have had the system in for 7 months and am on course to meet the estimated annual kWh production that was estimated – I have over 1,250kWh’s from August 2010 to April 2011 which amounts to over £515. Throughout both installations, the whole staff at Eco2Solar were very helpful and diligent including all of the installation team. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

The surveying approach was carried out in a thorough and professional manner and communication was good regarding the installation. The installation team were tidy and polite. They worked quietly and left the site clean and tidy. The system is working well and gave out 13.2 units on 15th November! After having mixed responses from several PV installers and after contacting one of your existing customers, I phoned the office and had a visit from Ryan within a week and had your quotation within 24 hours of the visit. Eco2Solar had the best price and the best overall impression /reputation. To conclude I would have no hesitation in recommending Eco2Solar to anyone considering solar PV.

Solar power has provided all the hot water we need. There have been a couple of days this winter when early in the morning we have use gas to heat the water but this is usually only for 10 minute to "boost" the overall temperature. The saving have been for in excess of my expectations and if Government warnings of climate change are correct then apart from not having to mow my lawn as often, my heating bill will have been considerably reduced.

We just wanted you to know that after 5 months of a fairly poor summer, your solar panel has far exceeded our highest hopes, in providing us with plenty of hot water. So much so that our oil tank is still 9/10ths full

Your Solar panel is working very well indeed. Our boiler has been switched off completely for several weeks and we still have plenty of hot water. Needless to say we are delighted with this wonderful technology for harnessing the sun’s energy.

The installation team were friendly, courteous and also well versed in good communication, informing us when they were going to arrive, what they were going to do. I’m pleased with it at the moment. I think it’s a good idea. I think they should do it when they build new houses. She went on to say that “some people were put off installing solar panels because of the space they take up, but the equipment only amounted to two small boxes in the attic and two meters in the utility room.
